Shipping a small SaaS live in 4 weeks: is it realistic?

With the right scope, scaffolding and subscription infrastructure — yes, it's possible. Here's how we do it.

"SaaS MVP in 4 weeks" sounds like marketing fluff. But with a boilerplate we've iterated on for years and a tightly-scoped problem, most ideas really can ship live in that window. Golden rule: fewer features, stronger foundations.

Week 1: Discovery + Design

Week one is one question: what's the non-negotiable feature of this SaaS? One sentence. Then we design three screens around that sentence — login, the core job screen, settings. That's it.

Weeks 2-3: Build

These two weeks we stand up the scaffold (auth, billing, tenant management, email) and build the core feature on top. Stripe/iyzico subscriptions, RBAC, multi-tenant DB — all from day one. Adding them later takes months.

Week 4: Polish + Launch

Final week: demo account, onboarding flow, docs, staging tests, production deploy. Once live, a v1.1 already in motion — shaped by real customer feedback.

A 4-week MVP is not "finished product." It's a market-learning instrument. Expect at least two major rework cycles in the first three months.

Shipping fast is the only way to learn fast. Stop looking for the perfect v1 — look for the smallest version you can still learn from.
